Cranio-sacral bodywork is comprised of gentle hand holds. It has a focus on releasing the diaphragms, pelvis, and cranial bones, including the spine & neck - and the vocal diaphragm. It resets the nervous system, invites a healthy, regulated flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Is effective for releasing traumas.
